  I’ve been banking with PNC Bank since 2014, and my banking experience at branches throughout the country have been absolutely amazing. This branch in particular exudes superb customer service. Every time I walk into this branch someone greets me. The tellers and managers go above and beyond to accommodate their customers and I love that it’s never crowded. Although my employer’s credit union offers an array of incentives for their employees, I refuse to switch- I will never leave PNC. I’ve had the best banking experience with every PNC branch I’ve visited.

  Was going to open a account but seen a gentleman dealing very unprofessional with another customer and I will not take my business to someone that is very poor customer service thank you but no thanks very sad to see that

  The customer service skills displayed here are amazing. The branch Manager Mrs. Jennings is a awesome. She took all the time needed to assist me in opening my business account. I felt very much welcomed and informed upon leaving.

  STOP. Don't do it!! PNC Corp is not much better, but this branch is a cesspool of misinformation and manipulation. Unprofessional and Disrespectful. Somewhat Knowledgable (depending on their script.) Stay away from any "Joey's" that could misrepresent themselves as being affiliated with PNC, as this merchant will screw up your service. This is a shame too, because other branches have been ok, not great. But my feeling is PNC Corp office has systemic problems that perhaps Dr. Robin DiAngelo could help bring to the surface, and I believe really help to heal PNC and their shattered banking operation in Fayetteville.
