  Just was told my husband can’t deposit cash into my account but only a check because of fraud. Wouldn’t depositing a check that could be fraudulent be more risky than cash. I’ve banked with them since 2006 and this bank has went down the drain. Can’t wait to close all my accounts with them.

  Mr. Steven in the Office to the left went above and beyond to help me. He spoke with me on the phone and ensured he kept his word when my mobile banking app would not work. I also appreciate the patience of the tellers. I look forward to coming back and highly recommend this branch for their professionalism patience and empathy.

  Was going to open a account but seen a gentleman dealing very unprofessional with another customer and I will not take my business to someone that is very poor customer service thank you but no thanks very sad to see that

  AMAZING 10 STARS 👌🙌 Everyone at the Fayetteville branch goes out of their way to help. I can't say that for all the PNC branches. Claudia is absolutely the best banker who is always welcoming and caring for all her customers. She knows her customers by name and brighten your day with every visit. PNC needs to clone Claudia 🤗 ♥️ the Fayetteville branch staff members to their other branches.

  The customer service skills displayed here are amazing. The branch Manager Mrs. Jennings is a awesome. She took all the time needed to assist me in opening my business account. I felt very much welcomed and informed upon leaving.
