- TTTyaLisDSep 30, 20255.0Hello, I am writing this review about Mr. Willie Stephens, Assistant Branch Manager. He is really good at what he does. I have been coming to the Dunwoody Village location more, and he never disappoints. I have watched him run the whole bank by himself on occasion, and he knows his stuff. Additionally, I have witnessed him take care of the seniors with great care, concern, and courtesy. He is professional, empathetic, and a valuable employee. I hope you are taking good care of him. He deserves it.

I wasn't prepared to go inside but I did only because I was determined to make an immediate deposit. I was greeted with a warm greeting by a an employee in trainning. As he was transacting my deposit one thing led to another as he needed my ID for the regular cash & check deposit. Long story short, the nearby Brach Manager overheard our conversation and wasted no time in-my mind- to get the issue resolved as he recognized something peculiar about this ordeal. Branch Manager, Mr. Willie Stephens jumped into action! Ultimately, Mr. Stephens, based purely on his keen sense of how smoothly transactions MUST work in order to please the client has become not just my personal banker but also my friend indeed! This simple deposit turned into Mr. Stephens bringing me into better services offered to me by PNC. That planned quick trip to the teller turned into me establishing a new credit card, establishing a personal checking account with attachments including the willingness to assist me setting up automic bill payment for my utility bills etc. I made not only a second trip shortly thereafter but Mr. Stephens made it possible to meet with me again a third time to settle the pay off of my previous credit card. This was a great experience for me. I can't speak highly enough for this opportunity to meet with Mr. Willie Stephens. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and persistent about meeting the goal of each client and it is very apparent in his approach based on him asking the best questions first then moving with confedence in meeting the goal. I've been a client with PNC since it was once Tucker Federal Bank back in 1997. Mr. Stephen is a tremendous asset to this branch. I've visited different branches around the metro area. I am delighted now to call this this particular branch my new home branch for two reasons: 1) Mr. Willie Stephens and 2) the fact that this exact location is less than one mile from my residence.
