Then I went to the window to make a withdrawal and was greeted and waited on by this amazing teller (Jervel). She made me want to move Alllllllll of my money to this bank. In this day and time, it's a breath of fresh air to get such SUPERB service. Thank you for this amazing service. Keep doing what you are doing!

After giving them a second chance, it’s clear that customer service here is not a priority. The staff give off the impression that helping customers is an inconvenience, and the lack of urgency or effort is astounding. I won’t go into every detail, but I strongly urge corporate to review the service standards at this branch. I’ll be taking my business to the Druid Hills location moving forward. It’s frustrating that such a well-known brand allows this kind of service to continue.
