  The customer service that Yvon provided was outstanding. She was kind, informative, and was able to get my son out in an exceptional timely manner. From the time of the phone call to the time my son was back in my arms was less than 2 hours. I've never experienced such fast services. I am very satisfied and will forever be grateful for Free At Last Bail Bonds. Shoutout to Yvon!

  Absolutely the best! Not a situation I would’ve wanted a loved one to be in, however, wouldn’t have wanted any other bonding company to be involved. Everyone was patient, respectful of my situation and very empathetic to what I was going through. Dion especially was my angel. He calmed me down, put my fears to rest and guided me through everything that needed to be done. I can’t thank him enough. If ever you or anyone you know should ever need bail services you would being going yourself a disservice if you went with anyone other than Free At Last. The epitome of excellent service.

  I just want to say thank you to the whole team at free at last bonding company the staff is awesome they really made my visit easy Ms Paula she was fantastic she really helped me achieve what I came there to do and I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who ever go through the unfortunate it really made you feel better about the situation and yes if I had to I would definitely use this again thanks again for your hospitality 👍

  I called Free at Last to help one of my employees out of a jam. Linda answered the phone and took care of me. She was kind, compassionate and downright sweet. Certainly not what I expected from a Bail bonds company. She even followed up with me the next day to make certain I was kept in the loop regarding the next steps for my employee. Thank you Linda! Your kindness made a difference, and I greatly appreciate it.
