I was told via email by the fraud department they shut down the account and did not process the checks; however, much to my surprise both checks were processed today on my business account. Now I've been on the phone trying to find out why they were in fact processed anyways. NICE JOB TRUIST..... NOT!

Sure they spent a ton on marketing but the staff are still overworked, the wait times are crazy (especially if you need an actual banker), there is no sense of urgency and zero attention to detail. Way too many errors keep happening. SO much that when I have them do multiple transactions, I make them close out each ne separately so they don't mess it up. I will be closing both business accounts I have and my personal account with Truist. Worst service ever.
