Many times, people never know what your going through, and she didn't, but she treated me with much kindness. She took her time with me, going over the accounts and what would suit me best. She is a great asset to the company. All of the other employees were very pleasant as well including the male banker and female tellar. I could not have asked for a better experience!

This gotta be the training location, if I give you my bank card and ID just for some change (dollars) why do you have to walk to the back office just to look my information up? You have it right in your hand we are at a computer. That’s taking up someone’s time and that I don’t have. I never have problems with my other bank. Mark get a little bit more training before they allow you upfront
- TRT RobinsonJan 25, 20181.0I purchased a cashiers check from this PNC branch for a large amount of money. When I discovered the business wasn't legitimite I returned to the bank 2 hours later and asked the rep (Lamont) to stop payment on the check. When calling the bank the next day to see if the check was stopped I was advised that the stop payment was not properly placed. When I called the branch rep to advise him about the error I was told that he purposely misentered the stop payment to teach me a lesson and to be more careful who I do business with...WTH?? He then refused to correct the error. It took over 15 calls to PNC corporate and suggestions of calling Banking & Finance to get the matter resolved. I rarely post reviews but I decided to post this review because this guy is still employed at the bank after his malicious actions towards their customers and sabotaging my account and well being.. So BE AWARE!!!!
