One of their employees, who is a President or Vice President at PNC, came to my job, and she was the most obnoxious, rude, and mean person I have ever met. That experience alone left a bad taste in my mouth. If this is the type of person they have representing their company at such a high level, why would I choose to bank with them?

I brought all the documentation and required pieces of information, and the appointment still took about 20 min which would have been fine. I just got my first statement and my name is spelled wrong, now I will need to make another appointment. I will not be visiting this branch again.
