- THtamian hillNov 8, 20251.0I was questioned about a check I attempted to deposit for no reason at all. I had all identification and have been a PNC customer since I began banking at 16 years old. I suspect if I was another type of customer that wouldn’t have been the case. My check was deposited yet the teller put a hold on it without even notifying me my funds would not be available for several days. This caused my account to overdraft. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never visit this branch again. I cashed an even larger check with a different branch and had no issues and was treated wonderfully by the all black staff. DO BETTER
