  Poor customer service. Waited for a longtime while employees discussed their trip to china and renovations. Zero respect for people’s time

  I was questioned about a check I attempted to deposit for no reason at all. I had all identification and have been a PNC customer since I began banking at 16 years old. I suspect if I was another type of customer that wouldn’t have been the case. My check was deposited yet the teller put a hold on it without even notifying me my funds would not be available for several days. This caused my account to overdraft. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never visit this branch again. I cashed an even larger check with a different branch and had no issues and was treated wonderfully by the all black staff. DO BETTER

  Cannot access my account online or over the phone. Put in my account information and it stated tgey cannot find my information. Crazy

  The staff is always courteous, friendly, and very helpful. On hot summer days, they have cold bottled water for patrons
