- MAMichele AndersonDec 17, 20251.0I went to the PNC Greenbriar branch around 1:15 to have power of attorney documents notarized for a total loss vehicle on a PNC loan and was told they only notarize PNC documents. Despite there being no customers in the branch, I was instructed to go to UPS or an insurance office inside the mall. I’ve been a PNC customer since they came to Georgia in 2011, and this was the first time I’d heard of this policy. Thankfully, I was able to go across the street to Chase, where the documents were notarized without any issue. Overall, it was an inconvenient and disappointing experience.

Soon as the money hit my account I’m closing all my account ! They literally are the most stupidest bank I think ever .

He lost his bank card on Wednesday called the 800 # to cancel it and they told him he could stop at his neighborhood branch the next day and they would issue him a new one. The employee Ethel at the branch made up every excuse as to why she could'nt help him until the gentelmen at the branch at the branch stepped in and encouraged her to help him. Has COVID-19 made people too lazy to do their job, they just want to sit on their backsides and literally do nothing. Shame on her.
