- CAC AUHSep 26, 20251.0This has to be the most ridiculous bank ever. I have fraud and it takes them up to 90 days to give you your money back! I will never do business with them again . Soon as the money hit my account I’m closing all my account ! They literally are the most stupidest bank I think ever .

Despite being the only customer there, the branch manager Christina Lovett and two other employees refused to even look at the check or verify my account. They told me flat-out that “PNC doesn’t cash IRS checks” and made no effort to assist me. I then went to another PNC branch where the staff were shocked at what happened and immediately cashed the check with no issues. This was a clear failure in basic customer service and professionalism. I’ve filed formal complaints with both PNC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Avoid this location if you expect to be treated with competence and respect.
