Not only did they botch our paperwork when we initially opened our account in 2023 resulting in a $30k check bouncing with our home improvement contractor, but they forcefully closed our HELOC available credit access when we canceled our checking account. I learned that they were charging exorbitant fees for the checking account which was "required" for payment to the HELOC. Corp customer service said the bank should have offered a more customer-friendly checking account with lower fees, but my wife and I were placed into an account with the highest fees.

Then when i went to withdrawl the amount that was available i was told i couldn't withdrawl even though the funds were there. Now my account went back on hold. They are def doing something i am not aware of. Should have read the reviews before i opened this account. Cant wait to close it!
