Save your business and go to Bank of America or truist. Of course not this specific branch but this the worst company to work with. They’ll open a case against you without you even knowing and give whoever wants to steal money from your small business the money they want after they got a full service. Save yourself and your business and go elsewhere. We gave them proof of someone taking a course they said they didn’t take A PICTURE PROOF MIND YOU and they still went ahead and gave her her money back after she took the course basically for free now. Worst place to work with

The staff at this window are really bad at business. This is the worst place I have ever encountered.

I would first like to say Thank you to Raul Gonzalez Fernandez, for being such an outstanding , caring and supportive person. I came into pnc bank yesterday frustrated and worried about an issue that occurred with my account (Not Pnc fault btw). Raul gladly took me in his office and was determined to help and make sure that I didn’t leave without my problems resolved and that I was beyond satisfied. Well I can say I’m eternally grateful and deeply satisfied with his service. He listened and made me feel more than like a customer but a friend. I am glad I came this bank to get the help I needed. I’m very proud to bank with PNC!

I’ve been a long time client, I’ve been very satisfied with PNC. Most of the bankers go above and beyond to serve me

Very pleased when I went in to set up my new bank account. Different design than I am used to in a bank (there is no counter), but very friendly and helpful.
Only downside is once I became a member, they started calling me during the day while I was at work, sometimes 3 times in a week. If they left voicemails, they said it wasn't urgent and wanted to talk.. if it's not urgent then stop calling me at work lol! When I called, it is just their cold calls trying to get you to come in to upsell different products. Salesmen is not what I really want in a bank.
