We've been here twice, and everytime the staff has been very helpful is not a busy branch, with easy access.

Come on people, we are in the middle of a pandemic. Everyone has staffing issues and trying to meet customer needs while trying not to go out of business. They may be a bit slow but everyone has always been polite and helpful. I have been with PNC for a long time and sure they have issues but all banks do. They are better by far than any I have dealt with.

Well, I signed up with UBC bank before PNC bought UBC. I had free checking with no minimum balance. Today I found out that they started charging $7 if the balance or the average balnce goes below certain Limit. This NOT what I signed up for with UBC. Tomorrow I am going to Close all my accounts.
