My family’s buisness banks with PNC and we USED this location many times a week to make company deposits. NOW you can’t walk in without a 30-60 minute wait! My stepfather is handicap and it is hard for him to get in and out of his truck. He now has to drive to the hiram location to help make any deposits. Talk about a huge inconvenience to your frequent customers just to save this particular location a few bucks.

There is no counter to make a cash deposit you have to wait for a rep. To sit you down in there office. I waited 10 mins and walked out. It’s just a deposit I don’t need to do anything else but yet you have to wait for them to free up from dealing with customers that have account problems. I’m going to BB&T. Thanks for helping me with my choice:-)
