- GGGaryMar 12, 20261.0I recently have visited the branch at the West Palm Beach office. The customer service experience is terrible. This has been the second visit to this location and each time there has been an incident of poor customer service. The Lake Worth branch office employees are kind and friendly. Definitely worth the drive to avoid the negative vibes at the Palm Beach location.
