Sharm(Ala) decided to refuse my coins not wrapped and could give me .50 for a sleeve of Pennies so obviously she had loose change. I’m a customer and have done this one other time when money was tight and I needed a couple bucks. I mean why else have a change cup, these are the customer relations that make people different than kiosks, actually a kiosk probably would have sufficed perfectly for this simple task.
