First from Mr. Bradshaw who has transferred to another PNC branch and now with Anna Maria, Isabel, Beatrice and the entire Team at the Forrest Hill and Dixie Hwy PNC branch who carry on providing the excellent customer service and solution solving banking I have enjoyed and experienced over these many years. She made a mistake in trying to close the account and said she couldn't void it or correct it. I asked to talk to the manager and the representative said she wouldn't be able to do anything.The representative said it would take a few days to fix things. I went back after a week. The representative was then able to void the transaction and do it correctly now. I will never do business with this bank and have recommended that none of my relatives do business with them either.

For me to look in lobby and see . When I turn around and look it was just 2 person in the lobby . I will stick with the branch on lake worth ave Dixie . But let it was a white person u guys will do your best to get that person a new card
