Giving two stars because the two ladies who helped set up my appointment were friendly and very helpful. Kerry and the Spanish lady who has been there for years but I cannot remember her name, sorry! I came in to have something notarized the lady at the front who greeted me was very attentive and super welcoming like she always has been since starting to come here. She asked what kind of form I would be getting notarized I clearly stated it was a release form for insurance company claim. She said no problem and set me an appointment 2 hours away… no problem I went and did something else because it made no sense for me to go home and then come back. I came back early for my appointment and sat waiting for about 20 minutes… again no problem I was early. When the lady who came to help me said she would take me I went and followed her to her cubicle the second one in. Soon as I sat down I said what my appointment was for and she said that she does not notarize documents like that. I said what do you mean this is what I set my appointment for and this is what I need to get done. She said any legal documents regarding releases she cannot notarize. But why was my appointment set when I clearly stated what was being notarized, there was no surprise I said exactly what document I needed notarized. So this lady just did not want to notarize my document that I needed and made me waste my time for 2 hours when I could have gone to UPS and had it done when I initially went in. I’ve been coming here for a while and have my main account set up here that was unacceptable that she was unable to notarize my document and waste my time that way. If it weren’t for the two helpful women who helped me coming in I would’ve taken all of my money out right then and there and shut my account down and taken by business elsewhere. Very disappointed in PNC today because one lady just chose to not serve me. I do not know her name because I sat down for all of 2 minutes. She is in the second cubicle on the left hand side.
