  These people left me waiting with no help in the lobby for over 45 minutes. Horrendous customer service, every single one of you should be fired.

  Last week I needed to process some documents. I decided to visit this branch for convenience. Sammy a banker helped me processing my documents, but a couple of days later I realized an original document was not included with the returns.. I called Sammy but he rudely says he’s with a customer and couldn’t talk, he didn’t offer to call back. I told him I’ll come to the office shortly.Upon my arrival the guard asked me if I had a gun on me. They will hire anyone apparently! I asked a Teller to tell him I was there, I don’t think he did, but I had a seat to wait. No one acknowledged me for 20 mins. I could hear Sammy was done with his customer so I tapped his door and ask him about the missing original, he rudely responded he gave me the original and he’ll speak to me later he is busy right now. The document I gave him to copy was in color he rudely said, “ that’s the copy you gave me”. I asked him do you have the original or not. He said he shreds documents he doesn’t need. I explained to him you gave me the wrong copy. I told him don’t talk to me like I’m an idiot I know what documents I received.He told me to stop yelling at him. I was very upset . Next the manager comes in a offers assistant. I just gathered my things and left. Worse experience in a bank ever. Stay out of this branch! Professional is at a all time low.

  Victor was extremely helpful the other day; amicable, staff is friendlier at this location. Love my bank would never switch
