I have accounts at many banks, including NFCU, Wells Fargo, USAA, and several more, and have been with them all for many years. However, the customer service I received at this bank is something I have never experienced at any other bank. The staff are delightful, they always smile and hold the door for you. The branch manager Dawn, is doing a great job making a welcoming experience for the customers. I am happy that I chose PNC to open an account with. This branch is fantastic. I look forward to a long and positive relationship with PNC Bank.
