- CPCarlos PalacciNov 24, 20255.0I came for Gold and came out with Diamonds. I mean the wonderful attention that Mrs. Ana Crespo and Mrs. Yara at the Wesley Chapel branch. They explained everything so easily and clearly that it was possible to do everything we needed and more. Congratulations for having two key pieces in public service. Yara did more than she was entitled to in her position and she did it simply great.

I’ve also had interactions with staff from their other branches as well, and everyone is always very nice and helpful. I can’t wait to move all of my banking needs to this establishment! I’m so over the big name banks that couldn’t care less about their customers!

I decided to close it when after they had a recent update, a new look for their online website, I got alarmed when my 'security answer' appeared as a 'user ID', which gave me the feeling whoever they hired to create their new look, may have had some oversights in the process.

No luck reaching staff outside of normal bankers hours. So I believe I’ll be sticking with Sun Coast Credit Union as they seem to have their sh!t together.
