- SMSteven MontesanoFeb 4, 20261.0Arrived on time for an appointment and was still made to wait almost 30 minutes before being seen by another banker with no acknowledgement from either the banker the appointment was with, Elias, nor the manager, both of whom passed by me multiple times as I waited. The banker who would eventually help me didn't verify my identity before handing me my documents. Very unprofessional. Go to another branch that values your time and doesn't risk mishandling your confidential information because they can't be bothered to adhere to their own policies.
