- APAnnette PodhirnyJun 4, 20251.0Teller deposited my check into someone else's account. Check was made out to me, I endorsed it plus my name was on my debit card I handed him. How did he deposit it into an account with someone else's name? I tried to call the bank numerous times. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I finally called PNC customer service. I talked to 3 people, asked all of them to have the 20th Place bank manager call me since they don't pick up phone when I call them. I have not received a call from bank manager. As of now, I am waiting on the PNC customer service to investigate. In the meantime, I am very stressed about MY MONEY BEING LOST. The money is supposed to be accruing 3.93% interest. Not only am I losing the interest, someone else has the proceeds from my check. They should refund my money immediately. I should not lose interest and go through all of this aggravation because they made the mistake and deposited my money in someone else's account. The branch manager should be calling me and making sure they correct the mistake. Terrible customer service.

It is a highly professional bank with a local, customer oriented feel. I had a frustrating issue with my online bank that Melissa was able to help me resolve. I can't thank them enough for working things out with me, which they didn't have to do.
