I told the PNC bank rep that I wanted to add a name to my account and he said sure no problem. He took my valid drivers license and my ATM card then snoop around my account and personal information for awhile. His desk had a display something about experience counts. So, after he realized that he had no clue what to do, he went to the manager. The manager seemed lost too. Wasted the valid customer time and unproductive employee time. I did not accomplish what I came to do and left the PNC Temple Terrace Tampa Florida bank fustrated. I tried to call the branch for over half an hour and did not get through. I did the same transaction at Regions Bank and it took 10 minutes. Would someone please help educate this bank. I have my money in that bank and it is scary.
