  What are we even doing here!?!? Having to use virtual teller while there are actual employees on site is wild!!!....using the virtual teller - had to deposit a check that wouldn't scan onto the mobile app, teller had me log into my account on phone and even though I was logged it wasn't registering, had me try to scan my ID, scanner is broke- puts me know a hold and then I had to manually type in all my information on the teller screen - get logged in and he tells me bc I manually typed in the information I couldn't deposit the check, I had to get the cash back. Okay, fine. The cash machine starts to try to dispense and it sounds weird, its trying to give me double the money the virtual teller said so he puts me on a hold. The whole time there are employees in the building just watching this happen. I waited near 10 minutes for the virtual teller to come back and say it is going to be pending to my account but as a disputed case and could take 3-5 business days to clear. All together this should of been a transaction that took 5 minutes but instead I wasted nearly 30 minutes. Was never greeted or even had a verbal transaction with a single employee in the building! True the banking experience with this company as a whole is ALWAYS a joke but this location just took the crown for the worst.

  Had a banking problem where I need to go into the bank and talk to a customer service representative. Went to the bank on Fowler avenue and was able to talk to Timothy Huchia which turned out to be the branch manager. I have to give him a good thumbs up and kudos for figuring out the problem with my account. He did not try to rush through and was able to figure out the problem and solutions to my dilemma. Was very professional and knowledgeable to resolve the solution. Was surprised when I was offered a cold water because of the heat from another employee which was highly appreciated thank you very much. Not everyone has the same experience due to Case by case basis however the great experiences I have with problems being solved on my account with PNC Bank that's why I have bank with them for many many years. Thank you very much.👍

  This bank is one of the worst around. Their ATM’s don’t work and they only have the one you can use after hours. Customer service is horrible, and they will randomly take money out of your account and put it back when they want. I’ll never do business with this bank.
