Worst customer service consistently of any bank location I've been to. Routinely wait too long to make a deposit. They have ample employees who seemingly can't even say hello, ask me what I'm doing, and give me a deposit slip (which are not accessible except by request). The location further south on Dale Mabry isn't much better, and it's a shame because they both used to be reliable. Over the last few months, it's a pain the the arse every time. I'll be closing my account next week and banking exclusively with Wells Fargo.

Called them a day before to confirm if they would have a notary available next day. They said yes but no one was available to do the notary on the next day. Waste of time.
