- LMLJ MJul 1, 20241.0I have been a member of First Florida Credit Union for several years, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The management at the branch, particularly Mason Lewis, leaves much to be desired. Mason Lewis has consistently shown a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. His rude and dismissive attitude has made banking here extremely frustrating. Additionally, the district manager, Donna, seems indifferent to the issues at the branch. Her lack of responsiveness and failure to address concerns raised by members like myself only exacerbates the problems. However, I must commend Shon Williams and Richard Jenks. They have been the silver lining in this otherwise negative experience. Shon and Richard are always helpful, courteous, and go above and beyond to assist members. Their dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated. First Florida Credit Union needs to seriously reconsider its management choices to improve the overall member experience.
