Don't use them even when u make ur payments on time when u try to finance again they decline u even though u have good credit. I'm moving my low likes as they make u feel it on down the road to someone who has a little respect for me and my on time payments.

I think her name was Dorothy. She provided no help. Didn’t even get up to welcome me to her office; just yelled from her chair “you can come in”. Sat at her desk, made 1 call, told me my account was in the negative (duh that’s why I’m here) and she couldn’t accept my check to reopen my account. I really can’t say enough bad things about this branch. Go to the one by Publix. Much friendlier staff and much more helpful.
Whoever is the hiring coordinator: seek to hire individuals who actually want to provide customer service, while working…..in……customer service.
