- RRRodney Robinson3 days ago1.0I visited this branch on Saturday, February 28, 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The gentleman and the lady working at the time were impatient and unfriendly in their interactions. Although I am not a member of First Florida Bank, I was advised by my primary federal credit union to visit this location because it serves as a co-op branch. Regrettably, my financial needs were not met due to the lack of assistance and support provided by the front counter representatives. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the customer experience for future visitors.
