Sat at her desk, made 1 call, told me my account was in the negative (duh that’s why I’m here) and she couldn’t accept my check to reopen my account. I really can’t say enough bad things about this branch. Go to the one by Publix. Much friendlier staff and much more helpful. Whoever is the hiring coordinator: seek to hire individuals who actually want to provide customer service, while working…..in……customer service.
