- BFBrandy FlowerMar 22, 20241.0Pulled out a loan with my husband. Was told the insurance on it covered involuntary unemployment and both of us if either one of us became disabled or suffered an accident. When we went in to file a claim the guy submitted the paperwork and said we would hear back in a week. We did not. Three weeks later i call and learn they don't cover unemployment and I'm not covered under the disability. He straight up lied. Lied again "submitting" the paperwork. I want nothing to do with this place and don't advise anyone to go here. I lost out on over 1000$ paying that insurance. Very disrespectful and underhanded.
