  We have been account holders at PNC for over 20 years but had never lived close to a PNC branch. We were excited to see that there was a branch in Sun City Center. We've been inside several times and have always been served quickly - we've found everyone there very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to bank here.

  No need to set a appointment they still won’t have a banker ready like what’s the point in appointment if the person still gone be on lunch DO BETTER

  I went to sign a document to Link my personal account to my business. After waiting for someone to help for more than 10 minutes. (3 people in the office at that time no customer waiting) I decided to leave and then is when one of the employees came to me to see how can they help. Well the document can not be sign if the Manager is not there and it wasnt . So I left my contact information and Still waiting for someone to get back to me. In the meantime since last week I continue without being able to do transactions between my accounts.

  This location has parking for golf carts due to so many in the area, which is really cool. They have private banking here and several offices if you need to discuss banking needs. They have cookies and bottled water for free too if you ask for it, ha. Otherwise it's like most other banks and is a large chain so easy access to accounts from various states. Friendly employees and fairly quick service for a bank.
