- RPRicky ParkerMar 19, 20261.0I had an appointment at this bank. I told them I had an appointment. They then ignored me for 10 minutes. Before I went to the front counter. Asking about my appointment time I was told somehow The appointment was double booked, and the banker had left for the day. So apparently there was no one else that could help me. And they didn’t ask me if I wanted to reschedule an appointment or offer any solution to my issue. I may have to rethink banking with Pnc. I was very disappointed the Jupiter branch. The people are wonderful.

Overall, it was a professional and stress free experience. I highly recommend Michael! He was super easy to talk to and made the entire process comfortable and stress free. He provided a lot of helpful information and took the time to make sure I was doing everything correctly for my business and in compliance with the state. On top of that, he helped me connect my account before we wrapped up, which made everything seamless. I truly appreciated his knowledge, patience, and support.
