I opened my first ever bank account with them as a teenager and have been with them since and they’ve been excellent! I had to come close my account because I’m joining my husband’s account at a different bank. I was greeted kindly at the door and only had to wait about five minutes before Michael welcomed me into his office and promptly took care of business. I was nervous of being pressured to stay with PNC, but Michael was very kind and understanding and even held the door for me on the way out!! Out of all the PNC locations I have been to, this location has the best customer service I have experienced!
