  Stopped in at this location today and the most friendly professional awesome banker ,her name is Candace,she went above and beyond answering all my questions and helping me understand all the information I needed to know...I am so happy her desk wasn't occupied when I came in cuz banking here is gonna be a pleasure since i met her..everyone in there is so nice tho tbh .they helped my son open an account,then me..and the bank itself is clean and tidy and the grounds are well taken care of..10/10 glad I came in today

  Before forming a relationship with PNC Bank looking for a Heloc loan I read reviews about banking with PNC and they were not good. People said they were the most backward and difficult bank to deal with. I didn't believe the reviews, but found out they were right after I got the loan and needed help from time to time. HOWEVER in spite of the corporate bullshit and inconsistencies with modern standards, we found that the staff working in the branches are exceptional and patient in helping customers navigate the horrible banking system itself. The 800 number customer service is absolutely horrible and a fate worse than death to have to call them. I want to sing the praises of Abigail in the St Augustine Beach Fl branch. She went beyond expectations in our initial contact at the branch and sat through numerous calls that day with customer service to unravel why we were being double charged on our HELOC payments ( can I say she actually made a nerve wracking time fun? We joked and laughed while she hung in there and straightened it out ) I have worked in people businesses of one type or another all my life and I see talent as well as loyalty to the company she works for. She has what it takes to do the hard work and make it look easy. She should be a "keeper" hands down. Thank you Abigail for restoring my faith in the younger generation ( I am now 74) and for being a responsible human being.

  I came into the US1 location, and needed to speak to a banker about my new business account. I was set up with Max who was filling in from the A1A beach location for the day. I just wanted to make sure I gave him the recognition and thanks he deserves for helping me set everything up. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I felt like my questions were answered and that I left there feeling confident and comfortable. Thank you Max.

  I love PNC always anywhere I travel. On VAYCA needed cash within a mile of where I was staying gotta love it 😊
