Due to the horrible customer service, I moved my business to Ithink bank, and brought PNC to 0 balance, with no pending transactions. They refuse to close the account. I would rather deal with a shady car dealership then this PNC Bank. Both Sebastian locations are horrible.

They don't seem to have hired people that actually know what they're doing. Definitely getting rid of PNC and hope another bank actually has folks that know how to help solve a problem.
