  Wanted to deposit my rent in my Landlords account, except the now don't take cash from non-members to deposit in their account holders account. Imagine that, a BANK that won't accept cash. A BANK. So glad I don't bank there, and I won't bank there. Heaven for id someone wants to deposit CASH into your account at a BANK.

  They refuse to close an account. Due to the horrible customer service, I moved my business to Ithink bank, and brought PNC to 0 balance, with no pending transactions. They refuse to close the account. I would rather deal with a shady car dealership then this PNC Bank. Both Sebastian locations are horrible.

  Sitting here waiting to close acct after online banking failed miserably, also 800 number given online is a mess to get a hold of anyone. This place is understaffed and there is absolutely no sense of urgency. If I could give it zero stars I would.

  if you have green cash rewards credit card be careful and check everyday. because you cant pay your credit card online or with atm than they will charge you late fee 27 $ + interest fee totaly like 40 $ which is my all payment is 36 $ they just stealing your money. i lost my 100 $ for nothing and even they didnt let me know how much i got rewards. funny bank
