- FVFarah VickeryMar 18, 20265.0Where do I start? For many years, I've used a personal accountant and went through a firm to file my taxes. I've never been super impressed and was always annoyed when I didn't receive communications and felt like I was never taken care of or things were left out when filing. When my accountant raised prices AGAIN and I was paying over $600 to file, I had enough. Others shared their TurboTax experience and how easy it was and I was really not sure. But it was only $150 to file (I don't have a simple return either, I have 1099's, W-2s, all the things...). I gave it a go and wow all I can say is that I'm so impressed. First, it was super easy to upload all of my documents and there is even this nifty function where you can take photos on your phone and upload directly into the system. And then I met Susan the Accountant. Susan was the real MVP here and she made the whole process amazing. She was so great in communicating what she needed, let me explain my situation and then she gave me a comprehensive list of all the expenses I should include (MANY of which, by the way, my very expensive old accountant never shared, ugh). Not only did I not have to pay taxes, but I received a return, probably for the first time ever. And it's simply because Susan actually did her due diligence in ensuring that I actually include all of my expenses that make a real difference. After this, I'll never go anywhere else. And I'll use Susan the Accountant forever and ever. <3

Either she doesn't care about customer service or she doesn't know how to use her calendar. Either way this was rude and inconsiderate. STAY AWAY!
