Was weary after seeing some of the reviews BUT we sat down with Chris and it was a great experience overall. Chris was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. They do have a card machine so you can get your debit made at the branch.

They didn't do it right away so the next day they charged me a usage fee and wouldn't close the account until I then paid them the money. PNC has little loyalty to customers who have been banking with them for over ten years. Very poor customer service.
