I've tried several times to reach this bank by phone to schedule the appointment. I stay on the line and listen to silence for about 5-15 minutes and then they hang up on me. Not very good customer service from my perspective. At least take a message and call me back or something, so I can get my appointment scheduled. Do I have to drive to the bank to schedule an appointment?
