I am not a member of PNC, my family is, but if it weren’t for Michael helping me these last couple of weeks between this Sarasota branch and Bradenton, I would not have gotten what I needed done without him. He really did go above and beyond and made many calls for me and many appointments for me to come in. I can finally have a sigh of relief and weight lifted because of his help. I had customer service hang up on me. I had been ignored at the Bradenton branch and had to leave. But Michael was the biggest help out of this situation. I’m very grateful I got good customer service and support from him. Thank You again, Michael.

I wish they had more locations and I don't like how they charge me if I transfer too many times...but I think that's a bank thing. Otherwise...I got my new debit card 2 weeks before my old one expired, Their credit card rates are great for members and I always feel welcome when I go inside or call. I had fraudulent charges on my account while I was overseas and they helped clear it up for me with no problems.The app is great too. I'm going to be with them for a while.
