Was weary after seeing some of the reviews BUT we sat down with Chris and it was a great experience overall. Chris was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. They do have a card machine so you can get your debit made at the branch.

Prior to yesterday I swore by this company. It’s true what they say one bad experience can ruin it. I’ve been coming to this branch for several months since I’ve moved to Sarasota to get quarters for a small business just change no check-cashing money orders or none of the sort. Prior to yesterday I’ve always been welcomed with Pleasant smiles and my pleasures. On yesterday I stop by to get quarters and I was turned away due to not having a business account with PNC. Now had this been the first time I had been there then this would’ve been OK but I had done this over 10 times without a problem. The person who assisted me was rather condescending and unhelpful. This made me rethink doing any further business with PNC. I know this is it no big deal I’m just disappointed. I’m in the customer service industry and this is not how you treat a loyal customer.....
