- TVtrent veselyOct 17, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS BANK or GO TO THIS BUILDING. You will be towed and owe $250 to get your car out!!!! I used the ATM went to get a bite to eat and my car was gone/towed within 30 mins. They tow on average 10-15 cars a day!!! Do the math it's a money making scam there ran by the Property Ownership Group! Hardly any signage on purpose!! I will never Bank with PNC again! who does this to their customers.

The staff member I interacted with seemed to prioritize older customers and those who appeared wealthier, while I, as a younger customer, felt dismissed and unvalued. Instead of receiving the assistance I needed with my online banking, I was met with annoyance and given a phone number to call. Overall, I wasn’t given the support that should be expected from a customer service experience. The other reviews speak some truth I guess. How disappointing.
