He took the time to explain the different account options and helped me choose the one that was best for my needs. I had no idea that my previous account required a minimum balance of $5,000 to avoid a $25 monthly fee. Eric caught this and immediately helped me switch to a better option. As a kind gesture, he even wrote an email on my behalf to request that the previous fee be waived. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and support. Thank you, Eric!
