  I have been a customer of PNC bank for over 30 years. I am out of town in the Sarasota Florida area. I went to this PNC bank today to get rolls of quarters. The teller was extremely RUDE. Not sure if she didn’t want to give me rolls of quarters she had left or if she is just a miserable person. I highly recommend you go to a different bank for your banking.

  I just opened an account last week, my online banking never worked, my zelle never been set up right , Christy were not helpful at all when I needed checks or making any transactions, Erika was the only one to help me, unfortunately she was t there today, I called the bank teller told me , that she will send me an email, I never received it, I called customer services, after talking to 3 operators, nothing has changed , still no access to my online banking , I decided to go to the branch to get checks since nothing works, the very nice lady tells me they do not do checks at this branch , I need to go to downtown location. I got frustrated , who wouldn’t ? I asked to close my account, Christi told me she can’t do it and no one could do it till Monday, what a terrible customer service, I wouldn t recommend that bank to anyone , very frustrating and hopeless !

  I went into this local branch 2 days ago to make a car loan payment which is in my wife's name my wife has had major surgery can't talk can't leave the house I was there to give them money and to ask if they could wave the $14 late fee, they're happy to take my money but they can't help me with the late fee said only if wife calls them ridiculous!!

  This is the best bank ever for customer service. The employees are so helpful. They are always smiling and really care about their customers.
