- MTmary talbertOct 19, 20255.0I love San Antonio Bank once they got to know me I could open the front door and they say hi Mary how you doing what's up today and that would happen every day that I went in there they say my first name and everything and I'd be the only one in there and that went on for many years I never had a problem at all until all the new neighbors and buildings started showing up and now the little Bank can't serve everybody as best they can because they're small and the little post office also is a given get situation here I walk in the bank and then I see all these new faces waiting in line and I don't see anybody that I know and so there's a lot of building going on so we are going to have to build up our buildings to accommodate our new neighbors so please be patient with us neighbors and let me welcome you to the neighborhood

THREE layers of voice menus and not a single human available. It's easier to reach a human at my mega-bank than at this credit union. Absolutely appalling.
