- PGPookie GreenMar 14, 20261.0I believe I was racial profiled, I started working at a new job and PNC is the logo on my first check. The teller told me that something was wrong with my check and I need to go back to my employer to get a new one. Was angry, held up, but I'm the end I was helped, realized I had a really e check and was finally helped the way a true customer would be helped. Thank God I did have direct deposit set up so I don't have to visit PNC in the future, what a bad experience for me.

Visited the branch today to have a card print d and I waited nearly an hour to be helped. Staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Will be closing this account and sticking with credit unions.

Even though I was on edge about the situation she handeled everything with a kind, friendly and welcoming manner that made me feel that she would actual get everything taken care of...AND SHE DID! Im looking forward to coming back to do buisness when its time to apply for future services with her!

The manager is not polite at all and would be uncaring and rash. Teller is not helpful and said that would not take my phone message because the drive thru line was too long👀. So go to another branch.
