  Everyone there does their absolute best to address any needs or concerns. PNC is very progressive with online options for banking and this location and people working there are helpful and have become like family.

  I went in the need of a notary and Anthony Morales helped me. My document was in spanish which was a minor setback but he did it and was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. Thanks Anthony Morales

  I had a 5-star customer experience today during my in-person visit at the Bloomingdale branch of PNC Bank. Every representative greeted me warmly and was friendly and accommodating. Anthony was especially helpful and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate that level of service. This is exactly why I continue to stay with PNC for all of my banking needs — it’s always a positive experience, both at the branches and online. Highly recommend this location!

  Mi experiencia personal es un desastre,el personal no està capacitado,no tienen la capacidad q se necesita para ejercer su trabajo,fui a depositar un cheque q recibì de la pérdida total de mi auto y me brindaron la opciòn de abrir una cuenta con ellos y desde ese dìa fue mi pesadilla,me bloquiaban la cuenta sin tener problemas me llamaron màs de 3 ocaciones pidiendo pruebas de mi ID , mostrè mis documentos legales y no les bastò ,fui 4 veces al banco y no me solucionaron mi problema,en conclusiòn me cerraron la cuenta por no tener un pasaporte vigente,mi opiniòn personal no vale la pena abrir cuentas con PNC BANK
