- NWNida G.i WatlerJul 9, 20221.0So on 06/07/22 I called this branch and asked for an appointment on Saturday. I was informed they do not do appointments on Saturdays its first come first served. Bank opens at 10 I get there at 1030 they stated its an hour wait as ONE customer is in front of me. So after 30 mins of waiting the ONE customer in front of me is suppose to go in next. Then another lady walks in and is just standing looking at us and looks to the associate who finished up with her current client and then proceeded to tell me and the other customer that this lady that just walked in had an appointment and she is servicing her first. So of course naturally the women who was suppose to be next goes to the counter to ask for further assistance they then proceeded to say that is the only one here to help with accounts and she’s booked until closing. So why have us check in tell us an hour wait, and that appointments are not made on Saturdays? To me this was about privilege and it was unacceptable you dont treat customers and potential customers like this. So i checked in ans waited an hour just to be told the one person to help is booked for the rest of the day smh you guys are a joke and privilege shouldnt be a priority. if you say first come first served then please practice it!
