- LHLee “Lily” HSep 16, 20251.0What a horrible experience with this location as well, it was about 9:32am. I left the St James Blvd location to come here for a notary service. The greeter here asked me to come back later, couldn't give me a time and even suggested I go to UPS store across the street. Customer service is just not the same at PNC, and being a notary myself makes it all the more frustrating. How could your staff members be so quick to turn away bank clients to an outside company for a service. I've already told my husband to close everything with them. I'll stick with the credit unions.
