He was patient and had alot of calmness. When you are a business woman like me. You have to have patience. Thank you Andy and PNC BANK for helping me. It,was scary to know someone has your bank info.

This is the weirdest bank, hard to navigate online, the most expensive monthly fee kind of bank Ive ever had by far. & the fact I didn't get the new customer sign up because I didn't click on some code, is super ridiculous. You know im a new customer by the date I opened the acct. 1st review. So far as a new customer this is one of the worst banks I've dealt with. Good luck when you have to call the customer service #. When I did call the customer service #. Greeted with attitude. Long & super fun with wait times of min 10 mins. Then robert gets on the phone with a nasty attitude. Trys tells me everything on their end is good to go with Zelle. When its not good to go. Wanting to blame others. I know what im doing with Zelle set up. Its not rocket science.
