- TTTiffanyAug 9, 20251.0It is unfortunate that the acclaimed manager of the new symrna PNC branch, Derek Vinskey? is truly an unprofessional and rude individual. We came in on a saturday so we could pay off our home equity loan. The hostess told us that we had to wait for the banker Tyler who was handling a matter on the phone, but once he was done he could help us. So we waited in the waiting area. Derek comes from the back of the bank and asks us what we need help with and he says that we can pay our loan at the teller. We exclaimed our confusion as the hostess told us we were not able to settle the account with the teller and needed the banker. Immediately Derek starts berating us and yelling at us like we did something wrong. Then proceeded to treat us with the utmost disrespect until Tyler the banker was able to take over our situation. We had to go to leave to get the money from chase to pay off. Upon our return to PNC to complete the transaction we walked in on Derek yet again yelling at another customer for discussing their issue. We advised that customer that the same happened to us upon meeting Derek as well. Thanks to Tyler for taking our payment and assisting us with closing our account. But thank you for showing us who to never bank with again.
