IF YOU HAVE TO STAY WITH THIS BANK WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS CLOSELY. EVEN THE PENNSYLVANIA HOME OFFICE BOUNCES YOU ALL AROUND WITH NO OUT COME😡
- NANadine AlcimeDec 27, 20251.0I do not recommend this bank they tried to take my 31,000 check away from me but my check was giving to me by my attorney when I threatened to sue them next they took the hold off my account. Now they have pending balances on my account I’m watching the money being taken out of my account but according to the bank when I check my account balance through the app it’s not the real balance so after the pending balances post my account is now -318 and no one can explain to me why . My account doesn’t have overdraft protection so if I don’t have money in my account why are the transactions going through i will never bank with PNC again and I don’t recommend anyone to either . As far as this location stay far away from David he’s big and just flat out disrespectful he was 1 of the people who said my check was fake and I will never post a fake check under my name I work hard for everything that I have .

After reading the other comments looks like the branch manager here needs to be fired and replaced they are clearly not capable of doing their job!

She treated me like I was stupid and below her. Sure hope I don't get a call cause they get 1 star from me. Definitely closing my account.
