  How could this branch have a 3.0 rating. Worst branch in the PNC system. Samantha has no experience in resolving customer problems. She will run you around for weeks with nothing but talk. She spent 6 weeks with me and turned in her own staff for problems occurring, but never resolved the misapplied payments occurring by tellers. Gio another branch principle had to have a teller assist her and nothing happened. No one will take the ball and run with it to resolve issues. Managers are grossly under trained and no hands on experience. Vargas and Matt sit in their cubicles and ignore customers in need on a Saturday. Watch closely your transactions at this branch. Mis appropriation of customers funds occurring daily.

  Maria and the banker on duty at 435 pm had me waiting for 30 mins to tell me they wouldn’t do my wire transfer because it was closing time. Just opened up account, will be closed tomorrow. Don’t waste your time going there anywhere near closing times as most corporate entities, they stop working hours beforehand and do the bare minimum. Will call upward on the chain of command advising of this branches doings to their clients
