Recently, I withdrew cash from one of your ATMs and received two $20 bills that were damaged — one was torn and taped together, and another was missing a corner. When I attempted to deposit the bills back into the ATM, the machine repeatedly rejected them.
As a result, I visited the Pinecrest Branch seeking assistance and resolution. Unfortunately, Ms. Luna was unable to properly address the issue, despite it originating from a PNC ATM. I found her response dismissive and unhelpful. She did not provide clear guidance on how to resolve the matter, and her overall customer service approach was concerning.
During our interaction, I expressed my frustration and mentioned that I was considering closing my account due to this experience. Her response was “good luck,” which I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate for someone in a management position.
I believe customers deserve respectful, solution-oriented service, especially when addressing issues caused by the bank’s equipment. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken.

I would like to share my atrocious experience with PNC Bank, Home Equity Lender, Taj Saini and his direct report, Gary Pomeray. As a former banker of 20 years, I would steer clear from doing business with folks that do not have your best interest at heart. The initial call was fantastic (smoking mirrors) and then came the lack of follow up, "I'm off this week", "Sorry I was sick" all while you are waiting for 60 days to be told a product is no longer offered and you will not be grandfathered in. There are many options out there as far as banking, do not make the same mistake I did.
