To do my taxes yet I had no paper work to show that she did my taxes.I had to get on the phone and call turbo tax while I was in her office for four hours,I got another agent on the phone who took two seconds to tell her what to do so that I could have paper work to show that she filed my taxes because I had to do a paper filing as recommended by Randie.She was unprofessionally filing her nails while I was waiting for her to complete my taxes.When I asked her a question she sometimes did not answer.This experience was so inbelievable I would never use this service again.
